The trademark “Glamazon”, the logo with the butterfly/leaf flourish, and all packaging illustrations, photography, and copy are the proprietary intellectual property of Glamazon Beauty & Personal Care.

3. Jurisdiction

All claims and disputes arising from purchases or platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Valsad, Gujarat, India.
