1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Return Guarantee

Due to the personal nature of botanical personal care, skincare, and intimate hygiene, we maintain strict hygiene standards. If your package arrives damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for an immediate free replacement or 100% refund within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

• Product must remain unadulterated with original packaging, cap seals, and labels intact.
• Damaged or defective transit claims must include photos of the damaged bottle or outer packaging.
• Items received as promotional free gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

3. Refund Processing

Once approved by our Chanod Vapi team, refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, UPI) within 3 to 5 business days. For COD orders, refund is remitted directly to your provided bank account or UPI VPA.
